AcceleratedPM offers comprehensive, specialized Project, Program and Construction Management services in all aspects of project controls. We are a small business firm, recognized for our ability to consistently deliver quality services on projects that are completed on schedule and within budget.
Since 2018, we have been assisting clients to establish their schedule and cost control systems from the bottom-up, collaborating on their needs, developing processes and procedures and implementing and maintaining their project controls system. We do this with a staff that is well versed in the latest project controls software, technology and methods.

Bob O’Sullivan
Managing Partner
Mr. O’Sullivan has 30 years of in-depth and broad-based experience in the fields of engineering and construction, including leadership roles in program management, design management and construction management. His recent experience is in program management controls systems, establishing rigorous and orderly frameworks for budget and schedule baselining and performance measurement, using Earned Value Management.
Pawel Grawender
CIO
Pawel has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry focused on application of project controls systems and database technologies for schedule, budget, cost control and team collaboration including Primavera P6 and Deltek Cobra EVMS. Proficient in systems planning, implementation and maintenance. Pawel is an effective project leader capable of managing small teams and converting objectives into achievable work activities. Pawel has an excellent ability to spot and realize cost-reduction opportunities and design innovative solutions.
Thomas Brannan
Client Engagement Manager
Tom has had over 50 different Client Engagements, specializing in Project Management Consulting, Turnarounds and Capital Projects, Cost Engineering, Scheduling, Technical and Database specifics of the Primavera application, report writing, dashboard development, and Primavera custom application development. Tom has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in project implementation, cost control and scheduling. Tom earned his PMP in 1998.
