We have worked directly with Primavera Systems, Inc. to document Enterprise Implementation methodologies. Our Principals have a deep level of experience, honed in implementation services that span 10 years. This expertise has enabled the development of a codified process for ensuring implementation success.

Earned Value Implementations

Accelerated PM has performed numerous earned value system implementations, assisted or developed earned value system descriptions and performed earned value gap analysis based on the 32 standard criteria to meet DOD and DOE ANSI/ EIA 748 Guideline Compliance.
