• Engagement Manager and Principal Consultant for the Marathon Petroleum Company implementation of Primavera Enterprise. This project consisted of data conversion from Artemis, development of improved business procedures, rollout at seven plants, integration with MPC's timekeeping system and transition to industry best practice standards in project management.
• Implemented P3e at Marshall Erdman and Associates, a large architect engineering firm in Madison, Wisconsin, including process design, coding structure, and reporting. The project included data conversion from P3, timesheet integration to payroll, integration to ERP resource information and developing enterprise project management processes for managing projects from proposal to closeout including design, engineering and construction.
• Implemented P3e in the T&D department at Omaha Public Power District as Migration process from P3. This process included review and revision of current project management processes, integrating P3e with Indus Passport work management system, converting data from existing P3 projects to P3e.
• Implemented P3e for Caterpillar Inc. including developing a web front-end interface to use with Primavera Project Management.
• Engagement Manager for Primavera implementation at Xcel Energy
• Senior Project Consultant for TSA federalization of Airport Security
• Worked in capital projects, T&D projects, and as Turnaround Project Management for Illinois Power.
• Developed and presented course on Project Management and Building Schedules for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District
• Project Schedule and Claims Consultant for St. Louis Bi-state Development Agency's $400 Million MetroLink Light-Rail Expansion Project.
• Project Schedule Consultant for the US Army Corps of Engineers' $250 Million Olmsted Lock and Dam Replacement Project
